BorrowKey stores your vehicle information, photos, readings, notes, and signatures locally on your iPhone.

What stays on your device

BorrowKey has no account system, advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, or photo-upload service. We do not receive your vehicle records. Camera images are stored inside BorrowKey; they are not automatically added to your Photos library. Imported photos use Apple's selective picker. Photos are resized and re-encoded for storage without their original metadata. The app does not collect location.

Sharing and backups are your choice

A PDF or backup leaves the app only when you choose to export it through the system share sheet. Your chosen recipient, email provider, file provider, or backup destination then handles that copy under its own policies. BorrowKey does not offer remote signing or cloud sync.

Records are excluded from automatic device backups. Keep an exported BorrowKey backup somewhere you trust if you want recovery or a move to another phone. Deleting the app deletes its local library. Deleting a record cannot recall copies you already shared.

Purchases

Apple processes optional Pro purchases and manages billing. BorrowKey uses StoreKit to verify entitlement on your device. We do not receive your payment card details. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.

Support

If you choose to email support, we receive the contents you send and your email address. A bug-report draft includes app and operating-system context for troubleshooting. Review it before sending. Photos are not attached automatically. We use support messages to answer and investigate your request.

This website

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load a Google Analytics tag. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and ordinary request logs to deliver and protect the site. The site links to Apple and other services with their own policies.
